Krista Beckman successfully completed the I AM CrossFit Akron Challenge with incredible results. In her interview following the challenge, Krista stresses the importance of diet and how the things you eat really affect your performance in the workouts. That makes perfect sense, considering she crushed the Cindy WOD and lost: 5.8% in body fat. She also completed 5,300 AbMat sit ups in eight weeks! Great job, Krista!
