Deb lost 1.5% in body fat and gained enormous amounts of strength. She also successfully completed 10,000 AbMat sit ups in eight weeks! Deb has made a complete transformation since joining CrossFit Akron, let alone the since signing up for the challenge. As coaches, we've not only seen the pounds melt away and the muscles begin to shine through, but more importantly we've witnessed her determination and will to get stronger and healthier. It's obvious in the photos how much effort Deb has put in and how seriously she takes fitness since joining CrossFit Akron. And remember, these photos are only eight weeks apart, we can't wait to see what more she can accomplish with us.
