Scott Kolligan is a CFA challenge veteran. He successfully participated in our weight loss challenges in the past and most recently completed the eight week I AM CFA challenge. Scott attributes all of the energy his has throughout the day to his weekly workouts at CrossFit Akron. He's not only lost 4.6% in body fat since the start of the I AM CFA challenge but also completed 1,900 sit ups! Scott states that he finds he's stronger and able to do much more in his personal life outside of the gym since starting CrossFit. Our mission is accomplished! Great job, Scott!
