Back in July,
CrossFit Akron member
Betsy Finley participated in our Whole 30 nutrition challenge. As part of the challenge, we posted all of the before and after pictures as well as experience essays from the participants. Betsy had much success with the Whole 9 program, but it doesn't end there. Since then, Betsy has been to the CrossFit Games and crowned fittest woman in the world for her age group. You know- the usual. Looking back at the
Whole 30 challenge post, we realized that her after pictures don't do Betsy's accomplishments justice and thought we'd share The Ultimate 'After' Photos.
