Over the course of eight weeks during the I AM CrossFit Akron challenge, she lost 1.8% in body fat and completed 8,050 AbMat sit ups. Besides what's on paper, what you didn't see is the determination in Jessica's WODs (and face) during the workouts. Her advice to future CrossFitters?
